Placing an order or signing a service proposal creates a binding agreement for the selected plan or package. All pricing and deliverables are clearly stated before payment.
Work begins once payment and required business information are received.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and clearly stated before checkout or invoicing. Payment is due at the time of order or upon receipt of invoice. Services begin only after payment has been received in full.

Subscriptions and Renewal

• Recurring plans (monthly, quarterly, or annual) are prepaid for the selected billing period.

• If a subscription is canceled before the end of the current term, service continues until that period ends and no refunds are issued for the remaining time.

• Renewal for the next term occurs automatically unless canceled before the renewal date.

Payment Methods

Payment may be made by major credit or debit cards or other secure online methods offered through our checkout system. All transactions are subject to authorization by your card issuer. If authorization is declined, we cannot be held responsible for any delay or suspension of service.

Refunds

Because our services involve customized, time-based work, payments are non-refundable once service preparation or delivery has begun. Exceptions may be made only if required by law.

Clients agree to provide accurate business information — including name, address, contact details, hours, and service descriptions. We rely on this data to complete optimization accurately. Clients remain the owners and administrators of their Google Business Profiles.

SearchBoost Local is not responsible for delays or issues caused by incorrect or missing information.

SearchBoost Local operates transparently and ethically.

• Services are non-exclusive unless otherwise stated in writing.

• Clients enrolled in competitor-monitoring plans receive exclusivity

  by ZIP code for their niche.

• Client analytics, data, and strategies are never shared between accounts.

• Only public information is used for competitive analysis.

SearchBoost Local retains ownership of its processes, templates, and systems used to provide services. Our general frameworks and creative methods remain the intellectual property of SearchBoost Local and may be reused across projects.

All completed deliverables — such as posts, reports, and profile updates — become the property of the client once created and delivered as part of the paid service period.

We make every effort to deliver accurate, ethical, and effective local-SEO work. However, search results are determined by third-party algorithms and factors beyond our control. SearchBoost Local does not guarantee specific ranking positions, traffic levels, or revenue increases. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our site or services.

SearchBoost Local reserves the right to discontinue service immediately if a client engages in fraudulent activity, violates platform or legal policies, or acts in a manner that makes continued work unethical or impossible. In such cases, service will end immediately and no refund will be issued for the remaining prepaid period.

Clients may cancel their own recurring service at any time. Service will continue until the end of the current prepaid term and will not renew thereafter.

These Terms and Conditions take effect on October 30, 2025 and will remain in force until updated. We may revise them occasionally to reflect changes in our services, technology, or applicable laws. Any updates will appear on this page with a new “last updated” date.

If we make a material change, we may also post a notice on the website or send an email to existing clients. Continued use of the site or our services after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
